Possibly: This problem occurs in between 12 and 65% of men--at all ages, not just older men--depending on the study. It's most commonly embarrassing, not serious. Pelvic floor exercises --yes, the same kind women are taught! or in yoga classes -- will help. That said, you ought to rule out a condition affecting the prostate, as you suggest. An (unpleasant) digital exam can tell alot, if not everything.

Other causes include incomplete bladder emptying , overactive spastic bladder, or a urethral diverticulum . A urology evaluation may be needed. Yes anxiety is one cause of urinary frequency

Many causes. : There is a difference between dribbling and incontinence. Post-void dribbling is a common condition where residual urine in the urethra leaks out after voiding. This can occur in healthy, fully continent men. In women, this is rare and more likely incontinence. There are many causes & types of urinary incontinence, and treatment will depend on the cause.

No Matter How You...: Post void dribbling(pvd) results from incomplete contraction of the muscles around the urethra(urine channel).  This results in urine that, with movement, can leak out.
The best ways to resolve this are to practice squeezing the muscle that starts-stops flow(kegel exercises). With a strong squeeze leftover urine can be passed. Milking the urethra from behind the scrotum forward can also expel it.

Masturbation & Teens: There is no obvious connection to these two experiences....Sometimes, the prostate gland can get irritated and swell. This would cause the bladder to have a harder time emptying when you urinate.

If you have pain with this or it is getting worse you may need to get in for an exam at your doctor's office.
