Advanced question: If resistance is seen with 2 classes of antibiotic drugs, an alternate antibiotic which e coli is sensitive to, will be chosen and the source of the infection- likely a chronic Foley catheter- will be removed. You ICU team of doctors is the most appropriate group to ask this question, specifically the id specialist (if there is one in your institution).

Toilet Paper: Perhaps the toilet paper is degrading and balling up as you wipe.  Try a different brand and color. The urine can sometimes be foamy but this is benign also. Fungal infections of the labia don t make white balls.  Urinary stones such as calcium oxalate you could strain out and have sent to lab. You should have pain with stone. Just some ideas.

: I've just answered your question. If you are not diabetic and the amount of urine is correctly collected, you should be admitted to a hospital for the correct diagnosis. When blood sugar is normal and polyuria is confirmed by a very diluted urine with a high serum sodium level (hypernatremia) you could suffer from diabetes insipidus (central or nephrogenic).
