TEST!: Hi. Both diabetes and pregnancy are excruciatingly easy to test for. We're physicians, not soothsayers. Please get tested! Eat healthily and exercise regularly. If you don't want a baby, please be in control and use an acceptable form of contraception. I think you need to see your doctor and get tested for some things! Good luck!

Get checked.: The diabetic 'triad' consists of excessive thirst, excessive hunger, and excessive urination. So it is entirely reasonable to see your pcp, and get checked. While nobody wants to have diabetes, it's better to know so you can be treated. Good luck.

Pregnant?: Pregnancy is always a possibility.  Purchase and perform a home pregnancy test.  They become positive when you are about a week late.  If it is negative, repeat in one week.

Okay: Please tell me u did a upt, if not then get one please.If negative you likely have a bladder infection, some reflux( try zantac) ! are likely not sleeping well, have increased fatigue and lowered stress threshold and probably need a wrist splint for carpal tunnel.   The ocp would remove some of the menstrual sufferring but do a upt please.  Good luck.

Check: I'm assuming that you want to know if you're pregnant. An otc urine pregnancy test is easy enough to obtain. If sexually active, pregnancy is always something to consider.
