i am having urinary frequency every 30 mins to 1 hr. i tried azo uti test came back negative. what's wrong? no burning or pain just frequency

See a doctor: Several possibilities come to mind:  diabetes, especially if large urine volumes; STDs like chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas; other vaginal infections; kidney disease; psychological issues; and more. It's time for you to stop trying to diagnose yourself and see a doctor. Probably it won't be anything serious, but better safe than sorry. Good luck.

See your gyn physician for an exam and urine culture, and visit an orthopedic surgeon for possible treatment of lumber stenosis.
