Growth: Unfortunately, without seeing it, it's hard to know what it may be. It may be a benign growth such as hyperplasia or a polyp or a skin tag, but to have peace of mind, you will need to see a doc.

See remark: Sit in warm tub for 10 minutes a day for few days.Get from a local pharmacy  an ointment similar to an
ointment called MYCOLOG (it is cortisone-like drug with anti fungal medicine) apply this after getting out of the tub and one more time during the day.

Needs exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Possible causes - herpes, syphilis, genital warts, skene duct, urethral diverticulum and others.

Needs exam!: You need an exam and possibly blood tests. How do you know you have no stds? If you are sexually active, unless tested, you can't be sure.  If sexually active is is always possible!

Possibly: There are many glands near the opening of the vagina and at the urethral opening. It could be an inflammed gland, a urethral diverticulum or a mobile mass. See your gynecologist and possibly a urologist.

Check out your body: Urethra is tiny hole thru which urine comes out. It's situated above your vagina. You should have some idea of which is causing you discomfort. If not, go see your family doc for an evaluation. We can check for infections, etc to determine which is which. Of note, urethra might burn more w/urinary tract infection.

Well most females: Cannot directly inspect their urethra which is hard to see.  But you should ask your doctor about this.  I would get a doctor to look at you and decide if you really have any change related to your female urethra.  What age are you?
