ALLERGIC RX: You may be having an allergic reaction. you need to be examined. Treatment options may be a course of prednisone , Zyrtec&amp; Zantac (ranitidine).( to block both histamine receptors) Seek prompt attention is symptoms persist or worsen. If no trigger is identified you need to see an allergist for further testing. Also a review of medications.

Swelling: In the face is a possible sign of angioedema.   This is a type of allergic reaction which causes swelling around the face, lips, tongue, and soft tissues of the throat, that can be serious and requires medical attention.   At your age you may be taking a medication (ACE inhibitor) for blood pressure which could cause this reaction.  Another possibility is early Bell's Palsy.   See a physician.

Lip Swelling: this may have been mechanical due to hair trauma, allergic due to secretions, lotions or sprays or even and allergy to semen. If you have not had this before with this activity try and find what was different. If it has happened before try and see what was the same.  Non-sedating anti-histamines prior may be helpful.  These include Claritin (loratadine) and Zyrtec.

ER or Dr?: Sounds like an infection which requires immediate attention. If you can see  a dentist today do so! If the swelling increases is size, you have trouble swallowing or breathing or you are running a fever, go to the ER immediately.

See Allergist: Could be suffering from chronic idiopathic or spontaneous angioedema (swelling). ACE inhibitors can cause this as well. Aspirin and NSAID's (such as ibuprofen or Alleve) can sometimes cause flares. Daily high dose antihistamines are first line treatment however if you are not well controlled on this regimen see Allergist for further workup, make sure not hereditary or acquired angioedema.

It is very important that you find out because if you eat that substance again the reaction may be worse. Also, is your tongue swelling and/or are you having difficulty breathing? If you are, you need to seek medical help immediately to reverse the symptoms of the reaction.

Allergy: You could have an allergy to something you were in contact with. Apply some ice and take an antihistamine. That should take care of it

Rash under upper lip: By 'under upper lip', i assume you mean inner lip.  This could be many things - cold sore, canker sore, reaction to a food or medicine you've come into contact with.  Rashes are notoriously hard to diagnose without a picture, so make sure you check it out with your doctor!
