See a doctor: There are far too many causes of skin rash, including those that involve the genital area, to even guess at the cause in this case. The rash/itching may be unrelated to sweating at night, and none of it has anything to do with being trans. FYI, the large majority of genital skin rashes are not herpes or any other STD. See a doctor, ideally a dermatologist.

Treatment: If you're sure it's herpes, it can be treated with anti-herpes medication (acyclovir, valacyclovir, or famciclovir), provided you start soon enough. The lesion will go away without treatment, but it may come back in the same place. If it comes back infrequently, you can just treat it when it happens. If it comes back frequently (several times a year), you can take daily therapy to prevent it.

No: Don't worry, a fly landing on you should not cause any infection.  Certain insects can transmit infections when they bite, but not from landing on you.

: Genital warts stick to the genital surfaces. In immune deficient people they can arise in the oral cavity, but the warts that arise on normal skin areas like the thighs are a different strain.

i am a female and get large cysts around my genitals and inner thighs. they are blood or puss filled. how can i prevent or treat them? some r painful.

Drain and culture: These are not uncommon.  Often time they need to be drained and cultured to determine exactly what is causing this.  Treatment can then be focused and preventing or treating the specific cause.  Warm compresses and good hygeine can also help, but see your doctor to discuss options.

Sounds like yeast: It sounds like you have a fungal skin infection. Try a cream called Lamisil (terbinafine) (terbenifine) and see if that clears it up. If not see a local doctor for evaluation.

Laser: Laser and or hydroquinone would be helpful.

Foliculitis: Possible foliculitis ("ingrown hair"), although, any type of allergy may do that as well. Sexually transmitted diseases are less likely, except for herpes that presents with blisters on red skin associated with intense pain.

See a dermatologist: Without the ability to examine these would have no way in which to diagnose.  Get examined.

Maybe: Sounds like a bacterial condition if Amoxicillin relieved it temporarily.  Visit an md for diagnosis and treatment asap.
