That is easy. Yes, she can be pregnant! Get a urine pregnancy test. Tell her to take iron supplements or eat more foods high in iron if she is anemic. If she can, she should see a doctor.

Take a test: If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy. Sometimes people have menstrual cycle disruption after taking emergency contraception. It works by disrupting the menstrual cycle and ovulation
