Hemorrhoid s: Hemorrhoids in females are usually related to pregnancy, caused by compression of the pelvic veins by the uterus.  In males, they're usually related to constipation & straining.  While not common at 19, they aren't that unusual, either.  Recommend increased roughage intake, high residue diet & increased water consumption to avoid constipation.

Duct blockage: If you have a very hard area on your breast it may be a duct that is blocked. This can happen if your breast has not emptied fully during/after a feed. Try a warm compress and some Ibuprofen can be helpful as well. Continue breastfeeding/pumping to allow for continued release of milk.

Elderly sex: There is no age limit for sexual activity. I have patients that are sexually active into their 80's. However, being older does not protect you from std's so please use barrier protection.

Yes, but: There are many factors that can cause post-coital pain.  You need to discuss this with your ob/gyn doctor with a history, thorough exam, and necessary tests.  It could be a simple issue or complex, but without details and exam, no more can be defined.  Good luck!

Depends on degree: Stroke is the 4th cause of death in the us. Mini strokes can shorten life expectancy and the effect is more significant in patients older than 65 yo and patients with history of heart disease and previous stroke.

Not usually: Normal vaginal discharge is called leukorrhea. It is composed of cellular debris, vaginal secretions ; bacteria ; is stimulated by ^ vaginal blood flow ; ^ estrogen.  ^ is seen w ovulation ; pregnancy. It can be thin or thick ; white to yellowish. Leukorrhea usually doesn't cause an odor. If you have an odor which causes redness, itching, burning, swelling or foul odor – please have it evaluated.

Infection is common: Croup is most likely caused by a para-influenza virus which is very common.  Children will typically  have the brash sounding cough.  The cough is worse at night and steaming the bathroom helps. Adults can get laryngitis from the same virus, but are less likely to have the typical croupy syndrome.  If your child has difficulty breathing, you may want to take your child into their pediatrician.
