Stop!: Stop having unprotected sex unless you want to be a father. The ECP she took "yesterday" will prevent her from ovulating at this time. Therefore, she is LESS likely to get pregnant from your repeated unsafe sex today. However, ECP pills are not 100% effective at preventing pregnancy. Keep having unprotected sex and you will eventually be a dad. Condoms also prevent STDs, so use them.

See below: Levonorgestrel(Plan B) is not 100% effective in preventing pregnancy. If taken within 72 hours it will reduce the chance of pregnancy by 50%. It is somewhat less effective after 72 hours. You can take a repeat dose at day 5 although not approved for same. The copper IUD is the most effective emergency contraceptive.

Get tested first: You should not take antibiotics unless you need to. If you suspect that you have contracted an std, get tested and then an appropriate medication can be given if you test positive.
