Perhaps: Plan b is not a primary contraceptive and should not be used with that expectation. Repeated episodes of unprotected sex can cause pregnancy in spite of Plan B repetitive use.

Overly so.: Taking a pill an hour or so late will not affect much so you should have been covered with that alone.  However you also took plan B which is very effective if taken as you describe.

Even emergency: contraceptives are not 100% protective against pregnancy and they do not protect against STD's. Take home pregnancy test if your period is late.

YES: Withdrawal is not an effective method of birth control.  If you are sexually active and do not want to be pregnant, use condoms and see your doctor to get on a reliable form of birth control.

Not a simple answer: You really should not be depending on Plan B for your birth control.  It doesn't always work and it is uncertain whether taking another will improve your protection, but it will definitely increase your chance of having a bad reaction to the medication itself.

Yes: Orange isn't a typical color for a period, but the timing is right.  If you're worried about smell, you could have a bacterial infection.  Your doctor should be able to diagnose and treat you for that if it's a concern.  Best of luck!

Not about pregnancy : The implanon is a very effective contraception and you are well protected against that. Believe the 2 negative pregnancy tests. However, you are not protected against STDs and you do need to be concerned about them. Implanon does very frequently cause disruption of regular periods.

Always practice...: safe sex.  The plan b was taken and that has a high degree of success in preventing pregnancy. If however, you miss your next period then take a HPT to be sure. Get checked for STDs and discuss the various forms of contraception with your doc. Remember pregnant is not the only thing you can "get" when not using condoms.  Stay safe and healthy!!
