Always possble: Is it " likely" no. Is it possible, yes! spontenaity has a tendency to disconnect the "northern" brain from the southern "brain" which, like excess alcohol use always leads to "regrets".  "be smart" and get std tested at your md's office.

Minimal: You could conceivably get herpes in this manner, and if the man had oral syphilitic lesions this could be transmitted, but unlikely.  Most stds will not be transmitted by saliva which has enzymes which kill most organisms.  If, however, your partner had a bleeding lesion then it is conceivable, but still not likely.  If you are concerned always better to be tested and safe rather than sorry.

Very low risk: Oral sex is low risk for all STDs, much lower than vaginal or anal sex, and zero risk for some. HIV is transmitted mouth to penis very rarely if ever; a few cases have been susepcted but none have ever been proved. There is a small risk of gonorrhea, NGU, and herpes due to HSV1. If no symptoms (discarhge, sores) within 1-2 weeks, no worries. Or if you remain nervous, see doctor or clinic for exam.

Relatively low: As far as oral and anal with a condom on...you should be OK.  The fingering..you have to be careful with the anal fissure because if there is an infective agent..it has ready access to your bloodstream (more than if there was no fissure at all).  Its certainly more safe than other insertions (penis for example).  Just make sure they don't have long fingernails and make sure they wash their hands.

: I would suggest talking with a doctor in person to figure out why you may be having pain. There are many common factors that should be investigated before you narrow your focus to this one virus.

Only slight risk: Oral sex is safe sex, with low risk for all STDs and virtually zero risk for some, including HIV. Main risks are nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) due to normal oral bacteria (and probably harmless); gonorrhea; and herpes due to HSV1. All these are uncommon and would cause obvious symptoms. Syphilis possible but rare, but higher risk if your partner also is male. No testing needed if no symptoms.

Sure: Yes, not all people will get the std that their partner had, but very risky and not to be counted upon.  Protect yourself always and if concerned about exposure - get tested asap!

Sure: Gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV and herpes are some  common STDs that can be passed via oral sex that may or may not show symptoms. If you are concerned get tested.

Depends on type: If you're talking about HPV, you might not have symtpoms for years.  Gonorrhea of the throat is often times mistaken for strep throat.  If you concern is that your partner cheated, go with your gut.  Most of the time you're right.

Unprotected sex: It's always a good idea to get checked out for sexually transmitted diseases & infections if you participate in unprotected sex. Better yet, engage in safe (protected) sex only. Go see your doctor (or planned parenthood or county health clinic) who can run appropriate tests. The good news is that by taking birth control pills, you're unlikely to get pregnant but bcps don't prevent stds. Great q!
