Probably hormonal: If you did not have vaginal sex since your last period, you are unlikely to be pregnant.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Hmmm....: There is a zero percent chance of pregnancy from just anal sex, because the anus is not a reproductive organ (it's part of the digestive tract). However, there are billions of bacteria coming down into the anal-rectal area all day long... such as E. coli, Klebsiella, and all sorts of other microbial species... so beware.

Sperm plus egg: Pregnancy requires an egg released from a women's ovary to be fertilized by the sperm from a man. The most efficient way to do this is for sperm to be deposited inside the vagina around the time of ovulation via intercourse with ejaculation. You had anal sex without ejaculation while not ovulating. You can not be pregnant from that.

Wrong hole: Women have more than one hole, but sperm must enter the correct hole in order to swim to the egg and create a pregnancy. Any activities in the wrong hole do not lead to pregnancy (unless other activities happen "in the heat of the moment"). As an aside, if one is able to take birth control pills, they prevent pregnancy quite well regardless of what sexual activities are going on.

Very low, no worries: STDs are rarely if ever transmitted by contact of this sort. Intact skin, of the scrotum or anywhere else, is not likely to either transmit or catch any STD unless secretions, bacteria, etc are massaged into the skin, e.g. with vigorous friction. Skin to skin STDs (HSV, HPV, syphilis) can be transmitted despite condom, but that's mostly from skin friction with the penis, above the condom.

Unlikely: Sperm has to enter the vagina and you have had to ovulated for conception to occur. From your account it doesn't appear that there was sperm on his fingers.

Unlikely unless...: ...Semen managed to transverse the short distance and enter vagina--which would be highly unlikely. But home pregnancy tests are cheap and very accurate--try one and know for certain.

Anal Receptive Sex: carries a # of risks. Trauma can lead to rectal prolapse, anal fissure, tearing of tissues, ^ hemorrhoid sxs &amp; Anodyspareunia (pain).  Unprotected anal receptive sex has ^ risk for transmission of infections due to rectal microorganisms as well STD's due to tearing of delicate tissues. Anilingus (oral – anal sex) is also associated w potential transmission of infections.
