No: Feeling that way is not ok, but based on the limited history you provided it is hard to suggest any plausible diagnosis. You will need to have a more in-depth history and examination done by a physician.

Possible hematoma: You may have a collection of blood under the skin which is known as a hematoma. You could also have a contusion. Either way i would apply warm soaks twice a day and see if it gets better if not see your doctor.

Pelvis: If there has been no trauma, discomfort in the lower abdomen in the midline may be due to some pelvic congestion or mild inflammation. I recommend that you have a gynecologist perform a pelvic examination if the discomfort persists or if there is any menstrual abnormality but the congestion  may resolve after a normal menstrual  period.

Consider eval: Hi, thanks for reaching out. Even with people the "bruise easily" we expect most bruising to occur in the arms/legs because in the even of trauma, we try to protect our core body from injury. Spontaneous bruising in the core/abdomen can potentially be worrisome. If it is fairly large and he has back pain, I would try to get examined by a doctor or at least speak with one soon in more detail.

2 days ago i noticed a small red rash on my right lower abdomen, today there is a large bruise under it. no pain ,no trauma or injury. any ideas?

Pic please?: It is very difficult to comment without having a look at the rash. Can you please upload a pic. A rash on your abdomen could be due to dermatitis, infection, an insect bite or something more significant such as a blood disorder or pancreatitis or other causes. Very difficult to comment without a proper examination

Need a blood test: If by "random bruises" you mean bruises that are forming in the absence of any injury, you need to see your doctor to rule out blood disorders.
