Headache : Definitely need to see a doctor. Especially if you don't have a history of migranes or headaches. I assume no recent head trauma.

: In the future, you absolutely need to proactively address your intense "needle phobia".  This can be deconditioned and stabilized but will take effort and commitment on your part.  Approaches recommended include cognitive-behavioral therapy, biofeedback, and meditation.  Would eschew sedatives and tranquilizers.  Discuss your issues with your doctor.

SNRIs: Stopping antidepressants or antianxiety drugs could cause symptoms like this.  Please call and let your doctor know you are not feeling well.    A less abrupt change in medication may be in order.
