ED: Intermittent erectile dysfunction at your age is not likely due to DM ( unless you have had DM for many years ) especially if you are having full erections then losing them.  Seems like you may have some psychologic component.  Your DM does need better control. This will prevent ED in the future.  In the interim see your doc for a full eval and to consider therapy for your current problem.

Unrelated: Whatever happening now have no relation to Masturbation last month. Even if u did it 1 hour ago,,, that does not cause this.  Coming to Unable to achieve erection, penile pain etc, --  usually it psychological unless untill you had trauma or infection down there. D you see redness, any discharge? See doctor soon.

Doubtful: Contusion and pain can decrease  erectile capabilities. Psychological concerns of not getting easy erections will also make it more difficult.Give it time and  should  work well

Medical or: psychological causes may be at the root of this.  First, please get checked out by your doc, who may do lab work on your hormones and check your vascular system. Exam ; sugar: It is unlikely that even badly controlled diabetes is to blame at young age, but hgba1c # in teens or higher would suggest this. Other than that, need to be seen by a urologist for examination and to determine what tests are most appropriate for your situation. Stress/worry/fatigue/lack-of-sleep can all play into ed, so consider these as well.

I recommend that you review your full list of medications plus vitamins, over the counter meds and supplements with your pharmacist or your doctor to see if any one of these medications or your medications in combination could be the source of erectile dysfunction. If that is not a cause, your doctor can medically investigate further. Take care.
