Diet pills: If your diet pills contain stimulants (are controlled substances), then yes, it will appear on most urine drug tests.  If you are in the US, and the diet pills are prescribed and you must sign for them, then it is likely that they do contain a controlled substance.

Can ask one's GP: Many diet pills just decrease one's appetite a bit (pills are often related to stimulants). A person's desire to eat can be much stronger that a diet pill's power to decrease her appetite, so she will likely continue to eat too many calories. Also, diet pills don't increase one's desire to exercise. If something as simple as a diet pill actually worked, we would not have so much obesity in people.

Maybe. But unneeded.: Helpful weight loss diets have natural foods that take time to chew but contain few calories. Examples include carrots, celery, and iceberg lettuce (little/no salad dressing). When shopping for fruits, buy small ones no bigger than a tennis ball, because fruits have sugar. Drinks without calories include water and green tea. A calorie is a calorie, but surely avoid sugar & simple starch calories.

Real: This is a very pricey mix of things; psyllium will bulk your stools and senna is a laxative. Claims for acai haven't stood up to examination and i doubt that mango is a real appetite suppressant. But the first two will make your gut feel different and give you the idea you've eaten something magic -- the principle of the "active placebo." it's your money.
