Depends: Depends on the concentration of the drug in the air and the cutoff level used on the test. Were you using the drug prior to the "hotbox"? This would affect your military ua as well. If not, it is most likely it will not show up if you had minimal exposure, but you are taking a chance.

Passing UAs on Drugs: There are new tests that can detect all attempts to cover up the thc.  And some of these tests even test for the covering up.  The only way to pass a ua now is to not use.  Thc can stay in your blood and fat cells for weeks. So it may be a few months before you are clean enough for a ua.

Need more info: There is no such thing as synthetic urine. Some body may be peddling it to scam people. Depending on the nature of the "fake" urine and the tests done, adulterants can be detected. Dilute urine can be picked up due to low concentration of creatinine.
