Fatigue: You should see your doctor and get some blood work done to look for anemia, hypothyroidism, diabetes, or other systemic problems.  Sometimes chronic environmental allergies can cause fatigue as well.  Of course pregnancy should also be on the list.

Can be: They are high in unhealthy carbohydrates and some may be loaded with a lot of preservatives, dyes, etc. 
I would avoid them or limit significantly, at least.

Yes: I know of no reasons that you cannot use this if it's helping for an indefinite time period...HOWEVER you should KNOW what you are treating! If the Diagnosis is clear...it's OK.....

Older term: This is an older term for women with an abnormal disinterest in sex or an inability to orgasm even during masturbation.  Regardless of the nomenclature, sexual health in women may require counselling and treatment if the problem persists and is interferring with women's life.
