Accepted Answer

Think about other: causes for this bloating (constipation, recent dietary changes, etc) other than pregnancy.  It sounds like you are not pregnant.

Normal: For periods to be a bit irregular after taking Plan B because it's a lot of hormone. Do a pregnancy test to be on the safe side. Be well.

Stress: Don't stress . As stress itself can cause irregularity in periods. If it was a Protected sex with no accidents and you had 2 normal periods since your last sexual activity . It is unlikely  that pregnancy is a issue . However  your worry and stress may likely be the cause.so relax!

Very unlikely: The fact that you have had 2 normal periods and no sex in between makes pregnancy virtually impossible. Additionally, fetal movement is not felt at 9 weeks. You are just late. Check a home pregnancy test to convince yourself and avoid the worry.

GI?: A variety of GIcomplaints, such as belching, bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, or flatulence, are commonly attributed by the patient to "excess gas,"  When excessive intestinal gas does occur, it may be due to excessive air swallowing, increased intraluminal production from malabsorbed nutrients, decreased gas absorption etc Assess diet and see if you can modify it

Absolutely: Not all bleeding is your period.  I would rule out pregnancy first.  You could also be having an anovulatory cycle as well (no ovulation), which does happen to women now and then.

Likely no: If she's not missed a period, she's likely not pregnant. As you might guess, though, the best way to see if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test.  Women can have bleeding in pregnancy which sometimes gets misinterpreted as being a period when it's just spotting, so if there's concern, take a test to confirm.

Unclear: If your last sex was in march and you had periods since then and now they have stopped, you are not pregnant.  Other causes of cessation of periods in a 23 year old are uncommon, but could include a pituitary tumor.  See your doctor for evaluation of your endocrine status.
