i have noticed a pain whenever i stretch over right ovary, have had it for a few months  no other symptoms & not on birth control. ?

Sonar : You seem specific that it is your right ovary. Have you had your appendix removed? Since this is a persistent symptom an exam by your GYN doc would be appropriate.  Doc might recommend ultrasound to further evaluate based on exam

Discuss with doc: Symptoms and concerns like these mandate a thorough evaluation by your doctor.  Only after such an evaluation, which may include labs and radiographic examinations, can he/she let you know what's going on and how best to help you.

my ovaries have flipped twice and i have endometriosis. if i stop taking birth control, do you think it will flip again?

No: I am guessing that you are referring to ovarian torsion, a situation where the ovaries twist on their attachments and cause pain.  Birth control pills are not known to make this condition better or worse.  Stopping them isn't going to help.  Best wishes!

Maybe : Unfortunately, there's very little data to show it taking birth control pills prevents the formation of ovarian cyst. Many doctors including myself often prescribed them however because it's the only possible remedy we have. There's no harm in taking the birth control pill. You might want to contact your doctor for an ultrasound to see if you indeed have a cyst.

?: If you mean ovarian torsion by 'flipped', the use of birth control only indirectly affects this.  Large ovarian cysts can lead to torsion, and birth control can reduce cyst formation.  Endometriosis has little to nothing to do with torsion, except that torsion is rare in severe endo because the ovaries are often socked into the pelvis and can't move.

is it possible for birth control to be able to make cysts in ovaries go away? & if so would it be a lower dose, higher dose or it wouldn't matter?

Wouldn't matter: As long as you avoid the 'mini' pills, those that have progestins only, you reduce the chances of cyst formation, the standard BCP, when used regularly, simply reduces the chances of ovarian cysts by decreasing the number of ovulations

? Overweight: If you are overweight you may have poly cystic ovarian syndrome. (pcos). The primary treatment for this is weight loss through diet and exercise.  A diabetic medication called metformin may also be beneficial.

See a gynecologist: If you do not get periods naturally and one when using birth control, you may have a medical condition. You should see a gynecologist to be worked up for this. You should have your thyroid and prolactin tested, as well as be evaluated for PCOS. This will help to determine how well your ovaries are functioning.

Maintain normal wt: Although not all women who are overweight have ovarian dysfunction, but PCOS is more common in women who are overweight.

Combined OCs: Combined estrogen and progesterone are typically going to be the best at treating endometriosis, if that's what you are referring to by "endo."  Progesterone, by itself, in the form of pills, shot or Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD is another thought and studies show progesterone alone helps.  Most practioners, however, start with an estrogen/progesterone pill  They are all very similar.  I like Kariva.
