i've lost 80 lbs, thru exercise & diet, after having 2 children. now, i'm left with stretch marks & sagging skin on my tummy. how do i fix this?

Very difficult: A large point is how do you like yourself.  Excess skin and stretch marks are hard to deal with other than surgery.  There are a few medicines like Mederma to help but quite expensive.  I would work on liking myself and being comfortable with who i am.  I wish i could give you more answers.

See your doctor : You may need to be referred to a gynecologist for a proper work up but that’s a decision your doctor can make after history taking and examination.

Exercises such as crunches, planks, sit-ups, etc are good for toning the abdominal muscles, but cardio is best for weight loss.

Surgery: A hernia is a tear in the fascia of the abdominal wall. With a hernia there is a bulge in the abdominal wall that the intestines are poking in to. This bulge is usually reducible, and is different from having belly fat. A general surgeon can tell if you have a hernia and what type it is. Most hernias, if they are big enough to require repair, need to be fixed surgically.

Calories ?: Ultimately it is calorie and exercise dependent I would take away foods that bloat them often times ...wheat Also specific abdominal exercise should be done ..like ab crunches Biking walking helps a lot too. Carb count reduction is a good idea...rap. Refined glycemic carbs.

Not much: A diastasis is when the abdominal muscle is open; unfortunately there is no exercise that will correct this.  Maintaining your right weight, eating low GI and low carb can help prevent fat from depositing there and bringing attention to that area.
