Please call your OB: Everything you are describing you can get except your abdominal area should not be hard, please call your OB to make sure that your OB does not want you to be checked to r/o premature labor or other, a person that does pregnancy message should be bale to help with all the other symptoms.

Try planks: Planks are an exercise move that can strengthen the core while maintaining a neutral spine.  You can perform this by getting into a push up position and holding this position or get on your elbows while keeping your belly off of the floor.

Be assessed: See your surgeon for followup. Have an US to look at that area including your right ovary. Your symptoms may be relayed to something else. All the best.

how to get my 3 month old to poop on his own? he is breastfed and strains so much without success, he has poop 3 times on his own. we have to put so much pressure on his tummy to help his efforts to poop. he strains before each feeding every 3 hours?

: The straining may not be a bad thing, it may just be you over reacting to the baby's response. The baby's colonic activities increases with feeding like anybody unless the strain is bad it may be just something to observe until the abdominal muscles are stronger. The breast milk is dilute enough to produce adequate fluid mostly but you may add a little water without any harm if you want.

Abdominal bloating: Have you been on Cilest  long?It  can cause abdominal symptoms

Keep a food diary  on what precipitates the gurgling . May be  food intolerances consider  gluten, soy, fructose, dairy ( try lactaid milk for starters) .

Also consider gallbladder issues, gatritis (check for H pylori), pancreatic insufficiency ( unusual if not cystic fibrosis,chronic pancreatitis)  thyroid.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to know for sure without examining you, but what you described suggests hemorrhoids. It would be useful to see your doctor as even hemorrhoids can cause enough bleeding to result in anemia. Depending on the type and severity of lesions, you may need surgical intervention.

Manual: Dis-impaction SHOULD NOT BE NECESSARY in a HEALTHY 33 year old!!!
Drink plenty of WATER
Get some artificial "bulk" (eg Metamucil) and use as directed,
If absolutely necessary use a FLEET OIL RETENTION enema  FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ABSOLUTELY!!

Where is the pain?: Pain in the abdomen can mean many things from constipation (lower left quadrant pain) to appedicitis (lower right quadrant pain) to gallstones (upper right quadrant pain) to stomach ulcers/pancreatitis (upper middle pain) to heart problems (upper left quadrant pain). It is important to discuss with a Dr: how long, how it feels (sharp, stabbing, dull, throbbing) and any other symptoms.

Depends: Sometimes strains in you abdominal muscle groups are just a result of using them in different activities (ab crunches, sit-ups etc.) or other types of physical fitness where you are engaging your core muscle groups.  It is important that if you do work your abs that you also do workouts to build up your back muscles.  Remember in fitness and life BALANCE IS KEY!
