No cancer: Bloating and increased urination may be due to uriinary  infection .or due to constipation .Talk to your doctor, get your self examined and urine test for infection. There is nothing to suggest for cancer , but to be sure talk to your doctor .

Generally.no: Most times tubal ligation does not produce post-procedure pains after recovery. However, if adhesions occur, that can be a source of pain later whereby tissues intra-abdominally such as the bowel, tube or ovary end up sticking to each other inappropriiately.

Usually over 21: If you have medicaid you will have a 30 day waiting period after you sign the consent form.  You must be over 21.  Many physicians will want you to be older before making such a permanant decision.

If you have private insurance or are a cash pay there may be no waiting period.  Be sure this is what you want, as once done is very difficult and expensive to undo.
