This is a random: occurrence which can happen to anyone.  You shoujld get genetic counseling.  You may ask for fetal DNA analysis in  in a future pregnancy at 9 to 10 weeks--results in 3 to 6 days, so you will not have to wait for confirmation of normality. You deserve this testing..You may call the genetic counselor listed on your chromosomal report now for a full discussion, but in-person consult is best

Trisomy 15: Very rare disorder. Impossible to tell the life expectancy without knowing what the extent of the genetic translocation of the extra gene is.  Your best bet is to see a geneticist and a perinatologist.

No: Miscarriages are common and in the first trimester are usually due to chromosomal abnormalities. Unless you have several in a row or reach the age of 35 you don't need to worry.

Irregular bleeding: After a miscarriage, the body is learing how to cycle again as it goes back to the condition prior to the pregnancy.  The ling of the usterus needs to shrink back down in addition to completely slough at the same time inorder to have a more regular period.  This time can be extended if there were any products of conception remaining or if the preganancy had been lone prior to miscarraige.

Cycle after miscarry: After a miscarriage, the usual advice is to wait 3 months of cycling before trying again to make sure your body gets back to normal. This not unusual but  I recommend that you review this with your doctor to make sure that all is well. You didn't describe the circumstances of your miscarriage so your dr would be able to make some sense out of this for you.

Smoking "Juul" ?'s: Smoking anything, including "Juul or E-cigarettes" can contribute to a potential miscarriage. There are many added components to E-cigarettes which are toxic and can affect pregnancy and life itself adversely.

Can be ectopic: Serial blood tests of levels of HCG, can be helpful, ultrasound when, if higher HCG levels is also helpful.  Please follow your doctor's advice, as a ruptured ectopic can be life threatening.
