Well,....: Sex can be like any strenuous activity, so just like preparing for a sports team, running a marathon, etc., you can exercise and start to build up stamina, so that sex can last longer.  If you have premature ejaculation, there may be a Psychological  component  as well as hypersensitivity on your glans penis.  Condoms can help decrease sensitivity and may prolong orgasm. Fatigue: You should see your doctor and get some blood work done to look for anemia, hypothyroidism, diabetes, or other systemic problems.  Sometimes chronic environmental allergies can cause fatigue as well.  Of course pregnancy should also be on the list.

Make it immediate: To be effective the time out should be given immediately after the unwanted behavior is displayed.  The child should be taken aside (although not with force) and talking in a firm (not yelling) voice told why the behavior was wrong.  They should then sit in a place where they cannot play with toys for a number of minutes (a good rule of thumb is min= age in years to child).
