Need more info: How do you know that you have nerve damage in these areas?  If you have any symptoms, it would be prudent to see your doctor.

It is possible: it is possible that they are related. The vestibular and the trigeminal nerves are both cranial nerves and it is certainly possible that whatever is causing the problem with one of them could also be affecting the other. The good news is that if your neurologist can find a treatment for one it should help the other condition. I hope you are symptoms free soon

Several: We use different medications to help alleviate nerve pain.  Amitryptilline is an old-fashioned anti-depressant that we never use for depression any more - it helps.  Seizure medications like gabapentin, carbamezapine and valproic acid help.  You may need more than one type of medication and sometimes you find out what works only by trial and error.  See a neurologist for treatment.

Trigeminal neuralgia: The context of your question is unfortunately not completely clear but i will give it my best - trigeminal neuralgia (tn) is usually diagnosed and treated by physicians and a lot of time requires a specialist. 
Tn stems from signals in the 5th cranial nerve which usually will be interpreted by your brain as pain arising from different areas of your face. Septoplasty will usually not address this.

Painful!: Most cases of trigeminal or facial nerve pain are diagnosed as neuralgia. The mechanism is usually compression on the nerve from a blood vessel or injury or as the result of MS. Medications that block nerve firing, such as anti-seizure medications, are typically used: carbamazepam, topiramate, gabapentin/Neurontin, and pregabalin/Lyrica are used. There are also a number of surgical treatments.

Depends: Trigeminal neuralgia IS a neuropathy but a very specific type. If you have shocklike lancinating sudden intermittent pain, then you may have trigeminal neuralgia of that division of the trigeminal nerve.

Likely the reverse: Although the mechanism of migraine is not fully understood, we do know that the dorsal nucleus of the trigeminal nerve does play a role in the process, and we do find symptoms over the face and neck which seem in the distribution of the trigeminal nerve sensory branches.  However, trigeminal neuralgia is not related whatsoever.
