Possibly: There are multiple nerves that pass through the elbow to the hand and they can become involved in the process.  For example, golfer elbow is an inflammatory condition of the tendons and ligaments on the inside of the elbow; the ulnar nerve also is near that area and when this gets involved one can get numbness running into the fourth and fifth fingers.

have elbow tendonitis for 2 months after lifting. my tricep on affected side tightens and spasms when i stretch/shiver. this couldn't be als could it?

Not ALS: this is mechanical due to the injury. You may be able to get some physical therapy to help you rehab it correctly. You could ask your physician to send you to a physical therapist

Varies: When a tendon has chronic or multiple of episodes of inflammation and/or injury, calcifications can develop.  At 4x1 mm they are extremely small.  They don't really heal.  One way to look it is they are really just a symptom of of chronically irritated tendon.  Treatment involves addressing the cause of the tendinitis.

Not sure: Not sure how to explain the connection between yawning/chills and the left triceps contractions/hand shaking.  If it keeps up you may want to see a neurologist for further evaluation.

Have it treated: Then have it evaluated and treated. A local steroid injection often resolves the problem. See an orthopedist.

Knee tendinitis : Tendinitis usually indicated a condition that is relatively acute or less than 6 weeks. Tendinosis is a disease of the tendon and is a chronic condition. Tendinitis is treated with relative rest, ice, and antiinflammatory. Tendinosis is treated with exercise(eccentric), and bracing can help symptoms. Also used is graston techniques, astym, prolotherapy, and prp.

Ying and Yang.: Judging from the time of your posting, it has been about 24 hours since something happened to cause you tendonitis. Some times applying ice for that length of time can contribute to the pain. Try alternating to moist heat and see is relief is at hand.(get it ?) (at hand).
