Why tres orix: Why are you taking it ? It contains all vitamins , you can simply take multivitamin prescribed by your Gyn which comes in addition to the iron ( prenatal vitamins) it contains certain additives which I'm not sure if they are safe in pregnancy.

Yes: The syrup is a proprietary blend of a Multi-Vit + Cyproheptadine. Cyproheptadine is a Histamine H1 Antagonist. Commonly used for  Perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis and other allergic symptoms.

There is a report of Hepatic: Cholestasis, hepatic failure, hepatitis, jaundice. Though the frequency of these adverse events is not defined. Consult your GP for further evaluation and workup.

: I am not sure why you were advised to take tres orix. You just eat more what your like and avoid the foods which exacerbate the nausea/vomiting. You will go through this phase in a couple weeks and the currently poor intake should not affect your baby.
