Possible Herpes: You need to see your primary care physician or gynecologist while the outbreak is active.  There are definitely other possibilities, but herpes is a prime differential diagnosis.  Especially, if you have multiple sexual partners, or in a relationship with someone who has other sexual partners.  Be careful, do not have sex until you have a diagnosis, if herpes, it is readily transmissible to others.

Traditional wound care is with 2-3 times a day cleansing or after urination/defecation with a sitz bath and/or gentle irrigation and light application of ointment. Symptoms?: Angiokeratomas are benign skin lesions of capillaries (tiny blood vessels). I am not sure what causes them. Most patients are without symptoms and do not require treatment. However, intermittent bleeding, itching, and pain can occur. Laser therapy is one outpatient treatment. Excision and grafting may be needed, which should be definitive therapy.
