Clitoroplasty Surger: Reduction clitoroplasty is the best option. God forbid a clitoridectomy (amputation).Not many surgeons have experience with this surgery & are mostly experienced pediatric urologists as we take care of girls with adrenal hyperplasia which can cause a greatly enlarged clitoris.Glans clitoris must be preserved, whilst removing some erectile tissue from the shaft on each side.Please comment if u wish.

Depends how large: Girls with adrenal hyperplasia can have a very large clitoris & pediatric urologists are experts at performing reduction clotoroplasties whilst preserving most of the glans clitoris with it's nerve supply. So called clitoral recession is a rotten procedure as subjects later have painful "erections" of the confined clitoral shaft. Mild to moderate enlargement-> no problem, partner may find exciting.

Discoloration: A white discoloration of the vulvar skin and itching makes me think that you may have a skin condition and not yeast. You need to get re-evaluated and ask the dr if you could have lichen sclerosis.  This condition is treated different than a yeast infection.

Pruritis: This mean itching and it could be due to anything.  Would check first on the potential for your reacting to medications you may have been using to treat the yeast infection, but the best thing to do would be to see your doctor and have them do a thorough history and exam and diagnose you appropriately. Meanwhile be aware that clitoris is the sensitive spot of the body, but the degree of sensitivity changes, evolve, and dull over time ; its use. For the time being, just leave it alone and minimize any further irritation, and see how the sensitivity may resolve. As to the effectiveness of Azithromycin is concerned, time will tell.

: The appearance of genitalia can vary tremendously with no associated clinical significance, but elevated hormone levels can cause enlargement and if you have not already done so this is something you should check. There is no medical hormone therapy that can decrease the size.
