Heart: It is possible that the left side or main pumping chamber of your heart is not getting enough blood and the most likely reason for that is a blockage in one or more of the arteries on your heart.  There are several ways to test for that such as and ekg or a stress test or a ct scan or MRI of your heart.  Treatments vary depending on the severity and number of the blockages.

The diagnosis and patient status determine the choices.

It depends: I am assuming you mean congestive heart failure.  This can be caused by several things.  Treatment will depend on what is the cause of the heart failure.  For ex.  Valve disease, blocked arteries, high blood pressure, infections can all be a source.  If the problem is treated it will often help.  Certain medications like diuretics, blood pressure meds, limiting salt in diet are often used too.

First get to: A hospital via paramedics. Second take an Aspirin if you have one available. Please chew it. Once you get admitted depending on the presentation you will get either medicaly managed to start or you will be taken to the cath lab where you will have an angiogram and possibly placement of stents or angioplasty. Once this is done the treatment once again entails medical management.

Heart attack is usually due to small clots in areas where there is clogging of the blood vessels, can rarely be due to spasm of the vessels (as in drugs). Treatment is dependent on opening up of the area by dissolution of the clot or opening up of the vessels i.e., reversing the cause.
