Raising Sons: He is doing this because it feels good.  Your job as a parent is to gently discipline him to teach him the societal norms we live with. The goal of parenting in this common situation is to do the disciplining in a way that does not make him self conscious about his body.

Wimpy Virus: It is important to remember that viruses like hepc, HIV and others are strings of proteins that are connected by very weak bonds.  They require many things to stay active and need living cells to reproduce and survive.  Unless there was gross blood, mucous or some other organic substance on that toilet seat and it got into your penis, the odds are very unlikely.  Urine is mostly water so low risk.

: Herpes is essentially transmitted from skin to skin contact rather than from other objects. Getting a herpes infection from a toilet seat is considered highly unlikely even though the virus can survive on objects for hours but starts to degrade quickly outside the body. I don't think it would be something to worry

Your partner may have been feeling your cervix on the end of his penis.  Best for your to see a gyn since you are sexually active, get an evaluation and have a discussion about safe sex etc.  Good luck.
