Need more info: It is likely that your gamma globulins are increased causing increase in total proteins. Need values: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to have the actual values rather your interpretation of high and low.

Having said that, your test results suggest chronic inflammation, but it is not feasible to be specific without more history, physical examination, maybe imaging studies and additional tests. Means nothing alone: Please forgive my frankness. This mishmash of lab results is meaningless apart from your history and physical exam. Reference ranges for labs are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either end. If you feel well, ignore them. The high hs-CRP may be a heads-up that you've got more atherosclerosis than you think. If you feel well, ignore the rest.

Could be normal: I need to see the type or types of globulin that are elevated, each type, if elevated has a different group of diagnoses associated with it. If you only had one type tested, you need to get a set of quantitative immunoglobulins measured, and reviewed with an ID doctor or your internist. Exposure to mosquitoes is usually not  a cause for worry, but if you are febrile or have symptoms, see a doctor

Mixed jaundice: You need a proper liver workup. You're seriously sick. You may be asked to repeat the tests off alcohol and meds. If this does not fix things, a check for hepatitis B, C, hemochromatosis, Wilson's, and a few others.

We normally see: results for total protein between 6 and 8.3 grams/deciliter for 87 g/l would be 8.7, I believe. And globulin at 39 g/l would be 3.9 g/dl: both are a little high. Causes of high protein are inflammation, infections or bone marrow disorder. You don't give me the albumin, the "A" in the A/G ratio. Your ratio is a little high (normal &lt;1). While not urgent, I think this deserves further follow-up.
