Yes.: A toothache can cause you to shift your lower jaw to avoid closing on the tender tooth. This shift can cause the muscles that move the jaw to hold you in an abnormal position and the muscles will spasm and this can result in a headache. See a dentist to find out what needs to be done to fix the tooth that hurts and this will all probably clear up!

Yes, but: It is just as likely, or more, that the tooth has caused the other distress. See your dentist if this has happened before or if it continues past a normal 'migraine' for you. Migraines are a very specific thing and don't usually impact teeth or jaw. Rather the temple(s) are most common. Have a dental exam. Best!

Maybe: As impacted or misaligned wisdom teeth try to erupt and grow, the put tremendous pressure to the teeth in front of them increasing the frequency of nightime clenching and this can be a source of facial pain and headaches.

Need evaluation soon: Pls have yourself evaluated as soon as you can. This may be headache from your TIA or you may have another attack of TIA or stroke that needs to be addressed now.Have yourself checked for risk for hypercoagulable state as well.

Positional headache: May be due to sinus disease, HTN, colloid cyst of the 3rd ventrical and CNS tumors as well as pseudo tumor.  Need more information to narrow this down.  I'd have this looked into as the most benign of conditions ( blocked sinuses ) obviates some sort of intervention.
