Sagging skin: under arms,  Did you loose weight recently?  A personal trainer may help tighten up the muscles in the area.  Surgery is an option.  Consider getting an opinion from your doctor or a plastic surgeon.  Above all, remember that your goodness lies is who you are and not if you have saggy skin or not.  Peace and good health.

Antibacterial soap: This may be discoloration from a superficial bacteria and sould resolve with gentle scrubbing with an antibacterial soap once or twice a day.  Do not use antiperspirant only anti-deopderant until resolved.

Hyperhidrosis: The perspiration that is released by the apocrine glands under the arms is actually a combination of water, salt and urea that is completely odorless on its own. It is not until it comes in contact with bacteria on the surface of the skin that unpleasant odors begin to manifest. Treatment can be with sweat block which is otc.

: What you are feeling may be a rib. If it is not painful, there is no swelling in the arm and it has not changed, you may watch and wait.

Deep or superficial?: If its up in the skin and moveable it is most likely just a skin cyst.  If it is deeper in the armpit between the muscles it may be a lymph node.  These can feel like a grape deep under the skin.  If infected cyst,  it  may come to a head and break with hot compresses or need drainage.  If deeper and not resolving get mammogram and breast exam to rule out a breast ca that spread to lymph node.

Skin tag: Can be removed by tiring strings around them really tightly until the skin does and the fall off. You can try to get rid of warts by covering with duct tape( real kind) and only removing it to change it until wart is gone). Warts are more difficult

Possible Infection: If you are shaving your underarm hair, it is possible that folliculitis has developed.  Reusing a shaving blade that is stored in the shower increases this likelihood.  Consult with a physician for the accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Have your doctor: take a look at these as it is possible they represent hydradenitis which is an inflammation/infection of the sweat glands in the skin.  In the meantime warm compresses, no shaving and no deodorant.
