tounge bigger on one side? is that normal? when i open my mouth to look at my throat you can see the left side is clearly sticking up more then the other.. should i be worried ?

is my jaw disloacted? for a few months now i have noticed in photos that one side of my face looks larger than the other. when i open my mouth my chin goes to the left and a bone sticks out in front of my ear on the right side.

Have : Have you had trauma? Have you had pain? Often we have assymetry in our faces/jaws and then one day just happen to notice it. Can't tell you via email communications. The best way to have this assessed would be to have your dentist or doctor evaluate you.

Trauma or ulcers...: Most common causes or unilateral pain "on" the tongue are trauma from burn, bites, cuts, or dentistry, or ulcer--aphthous, or herpetic.  Most commonly it is one sided.

Yes but....: While ms could theoretically cause this isolated symptom, as a male of 29 years of age it probably is not ms and is, as you say, just anxiety.  If the symptoms persist or if you notice other similar neurological symptoms you should see your doctor.
