Can cause corns...: Corns are callouses on the toes and are caused mainly by shoe irritation over a period of time.  They can just be trimmed by a podiatrist, but will usually come back. The real cause is bony enlargement or malpositioning of the toe. There is a real simple surgery to smooth off the underlying bone and the corn should go away permanently. You can also have your shoes stretched or wear wider shoes.

Big toe: The best answer maybe that you need to get two shoe sizes. The right will have to be larger than the left. Remember that are right and left sides of the body are not perfectly the same size .

Inflammation: Blisers will form at sites of repetitive irritation on various shoes. Usually, the blister is fluid filled and reddened and swollen....But not infected.
Wash and cleanse the area.
Leave any loose skin intact
paint with a drying agent and antiseptic
but, do watch for signs of infection: redness that persists or increases, swelling, increasing pain, drainage or purulence, odor, ...

i get a severe stabbing pain in the sole of my left foot just behind the 2nd and 3rd toe. the pain made me scramble to get my shoe off to rub the area?

Metatarsalgia: or "Morton's neuroma".  It can be treated with various injections or dry needling.

Bunion pain: Sounds like the beginnings of bunion deformity pain.  A bunion is a deformity of the great toe joints where they are crooked instead of straight.  The best thing to help is to continue wearing wider shoes or off-load those areas and taken antiinflammatory medication for pain.  If nonsurgical treatment fails, you'll need to see a podiatrist for consult.  Hope this helps and best of luck!

Infection: You likely have an "ingrown" toenail. Consider seeing your PCM or a podiatrist so that this can be treated. Oral antibiotics may be needed as well as removal of a piece of nail. In the meantime you can soak in epsom salts.

Flats: Seriously, shoes that rub your toes aren't helping you. Stay away from corn removal products. They contain salicylic acid and can lead to nasty chemical burns. If moisturizing with hand lotion and avoiding further shoe pressure doesn't resolve the issue, a podiatrist can quickly and painlessly trim away the hard skin.

You can file them: With an emory board. The cause however, is usually prominent bones under the skin. A podiatrist can shave those bones and make them smooth again so that the problem should not occur even if you were to wear a shoe that was somewhat tight.

Not at all: Blisters from friction will fill with a serrous fluid. Pus can form if they become infected. Smaller blisters should be left intact so as to not allow them to become infected. If they do tear open apply antibiotic ointment and a sterile bandage. If they do not resolve in a week or so be sure to see your doctor. If you do see pus, they are already infected, and you should see a doc much sooner.

Possible neuroma: Most likely a pinched swollen nerve which is more common in women due to shoes and certain activities.  .
