Hormones: Estrogen and Progesterone are made by the ovaries during a menstrual cycle. Estrogen (highest around ovulation but still elevated during implantation time) increased cervical mucus production.

Cervicitis/PID: You need to make sure you're not pregnant already by taking a urine pregnancy test.  You also need to be evaluated for various sexually transmitted diseases, such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas.

"cervical erosion": A cervical erosion" is caused by constant stimulation of the cervix , which also tends to make it bleed .  See your gyn provider for testing and perhaps cryotherapy, which will stop the erosion.  A culture will diagnose a possible infection.

Leukorrhea: You produce a thin whitish discharge that may look yellowish once it dries called leukorrhea.  It helps keep the vagina clean and is normal.

Possible ovulation: This is unlikely to be a sign of pregnancy if you had a normal menstrual  cycle  7-8 days earlier.  More likely this is some spotting associated with ovulation which is not too uncommon.  If it does not clear up, I would recommend seeing your GYN or Primary Care Physician for a pelvic exam and Pap smear if you haven't had one in the past yr.

Please see your gyn: If necessary the polyp can be removed while you are pregnant if it is causing continued bleeding and your OB can do an ultrasound to make sure it is not coming from inside the uterus , and you should not be having intercourse.
