Pregnancy and anemia: I would recommend being checked for cbc, iron studies, ferritin, folic acid, b12, copper, vit c level and correct those deficiencies if found on workup. Quite a few women get anemia from pregnancy but if severe, it needs to be treated or treat the underlying cause.

Depression?: Depression is a serious medical illness, not a sign of weakness. Depression may require long-term treatment, but the good news it is treatable. Major symptoms are of sadness, tiredness and loss of interest. We don't know what causes depression. Rec.: see your PCP for more information and referral to psychiatrist.

Red flags for something bad could include unexpected bleeding, change in vision, weakness, or numbness; however, you probably should check with your physician.

Men feeling Fatigued: At 32 this is a bit unusual.  The common reasons for fatigue include sleep disturbances, a low or hypo thyroid. It can also be a sign of infection or medical conditions such as diabetes and low testosterone.

Sometimes depression can lead one to be severely fatigued as well.  A visit with a trusted medical advisor may help sort this all out.
