See below: •Test results consistent with Diabetes. Normal glucose 1-2 hrs after eating is &lt;120.
•Should discuss with MD and have a Hgb A1c blood test done which shows one’s average level of blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months. Normal level &lt;5.7%. 
•Frequent urination, excessive thirst, fatigue all symptoms consistent with diabetes and high blood sugars.

This may be a : Presentation of a urinary tract infection  or variant of a systemic disease like diabetes.   Other possible causes could be entertained but just on the basis of your symptoms you should go to your physician to be evaluated.

Best to see doctor: You could have diabetes insipidus and it could be central in origin. It is best that you see your doctor for evaluation, look at your blood and urine osmolality, and some tests and even look at the brain if needed. I had one with same symptoms and had intracranial process which when treated did very well, and is normal now for the past 10 years or so with no problems.

More testing: I'm assuming that was a fasting glucose.  There may be other testing your doctor would do.  You need a complete physical and lab evaluation.

Once again..........: This question gets asked over and over again and no one seems to understand that you need to miss a period first. Then you need to do a home pregnancy test to know for certain.

Diabetes: those symptoms may suggest diabetes mellitus, ,especially with the increase urination and weigth los, and blurred vision.....this condition need to be rukled out

Diabetes: Hi. That would be diabetes until proven otherwise. It's easy to test for. If you're diabetic and not overweight/obese, it's more likely type 1; if it's diabetes and you are overweight/obese, it's more likely type 2. Please don't ignore this. See your doc and get tested.

Urgent: Sounds like it could be diabetes. You should go to an urgent care, get you blood tested ASAP. Please do not ignore these symptoms.
