Certain individuals cannot grow hair to the abundance of others - i.e.  American indians, asians,  vs mid-easteners, etc.  What is the hair disposition of your father and brother?

Nothing: Unless you suffer from hypogonadism with a very low testosterone then there is nothing to promote facial hair growth. Now if you do have hypogonadism see an endocrinologist, they can start you on testosterone replacement and in a few months you will see facial hair growth.

Don't know of a way: to speed up just facial hair. For healthy hair growth:  Get adequate sleep,avoid excess sugar &amp; fat in diet, v carbonated beverages, eat enough protein, exercise regularly. Biotin helps (but don't over do it). Insure you have adequate Iron (think kale &amp; other dark green leafies), Omega 3 fatty acids (think walnuts)  and vitamin E (fruits &amp; vegetables).
