Biopsy: The black spot could be many things, including a blood clot from localized trauma, such as a tight shoe, a fungal infection, or a serious skin condition affecting the nail bed. See your local podiatrist to have it evaluated.

This could be a melanoma.: Although this is relatively unlikely, it is the only potentially serious diagnosis that would concern me. I would circle it with a sharpie, but not mark directly over it. Although the nail grows slowly, this may aid your physician in making an accurate diagnosis. A melanoma will not move with the nail. In any case, you should not ignore it.

Lol!      sounds like you'll be fine but direct examination by either your pediatrician or a podiatrist will help answer your question with more certainty than i can since we are simply messaging each other.  At the very least sounds as if you've got a bruise on that toe but i'll betcha you'll be just fine.  Cheers!

Lesion:  This lesion would need to medically assessed to get an idea of  the cause and to make further recommendations.

Hematoma : Probably a small collection of blood underneath your nail.nothing to worry about. Bigger ones will 'move' toward the periphery of your nail as your nail grows... Then u can cut it off w/ your nail clipper!!

See the podiatrist: A bruise is the result of a blood blister under the nail plate which can lift the nail plate from the underlying bed.  This could lead to toenail fungus.  However, not all black spots are bruises or infections, like fungus.  There is other growths that discolor the nails, including some cancers.  To be safe, have a podiatrist examine your toenail.
