had a red lesion on my penis that appeared 4 days ago its no longer raised and is gone and theres pink skin under with a black dot on it is this infected or could this be bubonic plague no pain, im sneezing alot and was peeing alot thats gone now?

: It is definitely not a description of bubonic plague. Bubonic plague causes enlarged lymph nodes and other symptoms and is highly contagious.. If your symptoms have gone you are ok - if not pl see your doc/urologist for management. Good luck

Get it checked: It is impossible to say what it is when we only know what you posted above.  You must go to your doctor to have it checked.  The most worrisome thing a black spot could be is melanoma.  Have it looked at as soon as  you can.

A  lentigine?: What you described seems suggestive of harmless hyperpigmented macule, called lentigine, which is commonly seen in the penis or elsewhere on the body, is entirely benign, and needs no Rx. So, just watch it for next one year to see any change in its size, color, or level; if unchanged, that it is and is innate.  Of course, if still in doubt, see Doc timely. Best wish...

Watch: It may be best to leave the spots alone. These may be moles and like moles anywhere else, examine these periodically, if the spot doubles in size, develops a nodule, changes color, bleeds or ulcerates, see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

A doctor can check: A little lump on the shaft skin of a penis may or may not be normal, so the best thing to do is to have a primary care doctor or a dermatologist look at it. If there is a black dot in it, as if the dot is inside a skin pore, then the little lump might be a blackhead (just like in acne skin). But, lumps and bumps are hard to describe in words.
