They could all be caused by anxiety, but there is no way to know this without a careful history and physical examination.  One needs to know the duration of each of these symptoms and whether they vary in severity and duration.

That said, stroke signs may be sudden:  NUMBNESS or weakness of face, arm, or leg, especially on one side of the body; CONFUSION, trouble speaking or understanding speech; TROUBLE SEEING in one or both eyes; TROUBLE WALKING, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination; SEVERE HEADACHE with no known cause. A person with a stroke sign can call 911 for an ambulance to the ER.

feeling of a rock at bottom of breastbone/dull pain, can be all day + jaw ache & light tingling in lower face maybe on exertion. heart tests ok ideas?

If your heart tests: are all OK it is probably related to the GI system or the bones and muscles of your chest. Anxiety can also mimic a number of organic disease processes. Ask your health care provider to refer you to a GI doctor for evaluation and perhaps physical therapy for strengthening. If all else is OK then consider counseling.

More info needed: I wonder if there may have been any prior trauma or injury in the area involved.  Also dental pain or prior dental work may have irritated the facial nerve.  If the pain persists, i recommend evaluation by your doctor.

Multiple issues: Jaw and ear pain, and sore shoulder and neck might be due to TMJ dysfunction. This is often the result of bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching), which is often caused by stress. See your dentist for a diagnosis and treatment.
See your medical doctor for the feet tingling, especially if it is recurring or lasts longer than 7-10 days.
