Maybe: It's possible, but it also could just be your period getting ready to start.  I usually recommend waiting until you are about a week late before checking a pregnancy test.  If the discharge starts itching, burning or has a foul odor, I recommend getting that checked out for a possible infection.

Usually blood: Pink discharge usually indicates blood. This could be caused by infections such as gonorrhea and chlamydia. It could be caused by abnormal menstrual bleeding, cervical polyps and a variety of other causes.

Possib. vag infectio: Possibilities include a vaginal infection, possibly due to stis (like gonorrhea or chlamydia or trichomonas).  Odor suggests bacterial infection.  See your doctor, and if you have been sexually active, ask for std testing, just to be safe and sure.  Cramps could suggest uterine infection that may require treatment with antibiotics.  See your doctor to be sure.

Can become pregnant: If you have intercourse, you can become pregnant, so i suggest a pregnancy test if you bleeding looks different from your usual menses. It may be too early for a reliable home pregnancy test result, so you may need to repeat the test in 2 weeks. See you doctor if periods don't normalize.

Infection &amp; hormones: Some vaginal discharge can be normal. As you go through the month your hormones cause changes in the discharge. In some cases though discharge can be a sign of infection. Causes incluse yeast, bacterial vaginosis, and STDs. There are simple tests that can be done in the office to determine if this is normal or not.

Vaginal lesions: The discomfort you are experiencing and the sores you are seeing are not due to HPV.  You may have another STD and you should be evaluated even if the symptoms subside.

Four possibilities: 1.) You may have a urinary tract infection.
2) You may also have a vaginal discharge.
3.) You may also have a latex allergy with the condom use.
4.) You may have trauma or abrasions of the vagina from intercourse.
  See a MD and have him/her pick and choose from their diagnosis from the above combinations.

Hard to guess: Many women have vaginal discharge, but some types of discharge are not normal. A woman may see normal changes in discharge before or after her period. Changes in discharge that may be an infection: a bad odor; vaginal itching or swelling; a green, yellow, or gray colored discharge; discharge looking foamy or like cottage cheese, etc. A doctor can check, if symptoms persist, recur or are worrisome.
