After nursing: Assuming your nursing your infant as well, the best time to pump is immediately after your infant finishes nursing.  This way you fully empty your breasts, which also signals your body to increase it's milk supply.

Not harmful but....: There is nothing wrong with pumping your breastmilk and feeding from a bottle. That being said, he may become more reliant on the bottle and may have difficulty switching back to nursing. Also, over time, the amount of milk that you are producing may decrease making breastfeeding more difficult. Breastfeeding does take work! it does get easier over time, and baby will start sleeping more naturally.

You're good!: You're a very good observer! you describe a rhythm called "quadrigeminy." every 4th beat is premature. Because the heart doesn't like irregularity, it pauses a few extra milliseconds to jump back into the original rhythm. During that brief pause, the chambers fill more and prouduce a more powerful next beat called "post-extrasystolic potentiation."  none of this is dangerous.

Safe- yes: Room temp stored breast milk- for overnight use is ok. But usually recommended to keep it refrigerated for use over 2-3 days. Frozen bm is suggested if used over a week.

Asthma : Having wheezing all night would be a concern you need to ask a doctor in person. It could be that you have an exacerbation and may benefit from an additional inhaler medication(s), or oral steroid.
