There : There is no concrete evidence that antibiotics decrease the efficacy of birth control pills. Most doctor just advise their patients to use condoms while taking antibiotics. Once you are done with the antibiotics you should no longer need a back up.

I didn't get to see: the end of your question!  Did things get any better when you went off Adderal and Loestrin?  I would have predicted so. The Loestrin changes the hormonal environment in the vaginal tissues and dryness can result. If better off Loestrin, ask you gynecologist for a different contraceptive that might be better, especially because you are also taking Adderal which aggravates. Use generous lubrication

No: I looked on a medication interaction checker and these do not appear to interact with each other.  You can take then all at the same time or in any combination you choose.

Recheck labs: It is very difficult for a person to have high iron if he does not take iron-containing supplements and doesn't have a hereditary or genetic disorder where his body holds onto iron inside the liver. People with that disorder get liver damage. One can recheck the tests, which is not just the iron level, but also ferritin, transferrin, and transferrin saturation. A doctor can discuss the results.

: Assuming one was diagnosed with iron deficiency by a doctor, the first step is to identify why there is deficiency. If there is ongoing blood loss or inadequate nutritional intake, then these have to be addressed. Simultaneously iron stories can be replenished with iron supplements. Please discuss this with a doctor though.

Anaphylactic Risk: Severe allergic- type rxns ( including fatal) associated with infusions (intravenous) Iron Dextran administration can occur.  Therefore should only be given when oral iron is not effective or possible.  Test does should be given and then rest given when lab-confirmed iron deficiency confirmed. Need to continue oral iron until iron stores are repleted--about 3 months. Very effective when used.

can taking iron medication effect your stomach months after stopping the medication  if you took it longer than you were supposed to?

It is not very: likely that previous iron medications would be responsible for GI upset now.
