Penile sensation: I believe you are experiencing a referred sensation from your bladder.  It is not unusual for a sensation that is generated in one part of the body to be perceived as coming from another part of the body.  In any case, if your urinary pattern is otherwise normal there is nothing to be concerned about.

: Pinching the penis does not stop the ejaculation but just prevents it from coming out and can cause symptoms like yours. Keep area clean aplly otc cortisone cream and you will be OK in a few days

Perhaps...: I'm presuming the asker if a female who is asking if her vaginal wall can become too tight, causing pain in the penis during intercourse. If yes, the answer is yes.  In fact the vaginal wall, made up mostly of muscle can contract so hard, that it them goes into spasm, clamping down on the inserted penis.   You both, attached, have to go the emergency room!

Phimosis : A tight foreskin (phimosis) can become problematic if it is not routinely pulled back over the glans penis (head of the penis). This can lead to a surgical emergency called paraphimosis where the foreskin becomes stuck behind the glans penis and it swells. Phimosis can also be a problem if the foreskin can not be retracted sufficiently for proper cleaning. Circumcision is often the best option.
