Here are some ...: Wearing tight underwear just provides the snugness to hold testes together and has been a useful way to help ease testicular pain from various reasons, especially for postoperative care after scrotal surgery. If indeed such wearing has bothered you, you would need to see Doc, preferably a urologist for detailed Hx, physicals, &amp; tests as needed so to sort out what might have been happening to you.

Testicular pain: DennisJ351 ~ if you have testicular pain, and 20y I would see a doc to examine the testicle to see there are no lumps. If it is all ok then gravitate towards the less tight and more accomadating' u'wear. Avoid BOXERS = no support at all ! OK?

CAN NOT DO ANYTHING: Get it checked.If your height is normal and other masculine features like facial hair etc are normal and you have small penis and testicles there is no treatment for it
But discuss your concern with your doctor and will also know if size issue is more in your head.Different people have different size penis and there is normal variation in size and shape of penis

i had a testicle removed and the dissolvable stitches stick to my underwear so when i move it some of the stitching comes off is this normal its been 2 weeks since surgery?

: Two weeks is more than long enough for the stitches to be no longer needed. Your skin wound would have healed enough that stitches would have been removed by now if these were not absorable.

You may take a look at the itching spot if there is any change in color or texture of affected skin.
